 If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer for Mac OS, you will not be able to transfer files Via this web page! You will need to use an FTP program such as Fetch. Please call or email our prepress department before sending files so we can set up a folder and issue you a password and user ID. All files originating on the Macintosh platform must be compressed into a single uploadable file using Stuffit Deluxe. Files originating on the PC platform must be compressed into a single uploadable file using WinZip or any other ZIP product. If your transfer is incomplete, you will not be able to resume the transfer, therefore you will have to rename the file on the next try. You will not be able to overwrite the file once it has been uploaded. FTP is not recommended for customers that use a dial up modem.
